本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、モバイルアプリ「御朱印ガイド」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストール・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、ユーザーと本アプリ開発者（以下「開発者」）との間のすべての関係に適用されます。開発者の情報は App Store のストアページ に掲載されています。
第2条（ライセンス）
開発者は、本規約に従ってユーザーに対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的目的で使用する非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。
第3条（価格・課金）
本アプリの価格・課金形態は App Store のストアページの記載を正とします。価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。
第4条（アカウント）
- ユーザーは Google アカウントを使用して本アプリにサインインできます。
- アカウント情報の管理責任はユーザーが負います。第三者との共有は禁止します。
- 規約違反があった場合、開発者は予告なくアクセスを制限または停止することがあります。
第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリまたは第三者の知的財産権・プライバシー・名誉を侵害する行為
- 神社・お寺の現地での撮影マナー違反、宗教施設関係者・他の参拝者への迷惑行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、自動化ツールによる大量データ取得
- 本アプリのコンテンツの無断商業利用・転載
- その他、本アプリの運営を妨害する一切の行為
第6条（コンテンツ）
- ユーザーが本アプリ内で撮影・保存した写真の著作権はユーザーに帰属します。
- 本アプリが提供する神社・お寺・吉日・ご利益の情報は参考情報であり、最新性・正確性を保証するものではありません。参拝前に公式情報をご確認ください。
第7条（広告）
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告コンテンツに関するトラブルは広告主との直接対応となります。
第8条（免責事項）
- 開発者の故意・重大な過失に起因する場合を除き、本アプリの利用に伴うあらゆる損害について開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 本アプリが提供する神社・お寺情報の不正確性に起因する損害、リンク先情報・外部サービスの利用に起因する損害も同様です。
- 神社・お寺への参拝は現地のルール・マナーに従ってください。本アプリは宗教的な効果・ご利益を保証するものではありません。
第9条（サービスの変更・中断）
開発者はユーザーへの事前通知なく本アプリの内容を変更、または一時的に中断・終了することがあります。
第10条（規約の変更）
開発者は本規約を必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は App Store のストアページで告知します。変更後に本アプリを継続利用した場合、変更内容に同意したものとみなします。
第11条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約の解釈は日本法に従い、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、お住まいの国・地域の強行法規が優先して適用される場合はこの限りではありません。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Goshuin Guide" ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 — Applicability
These Terms govern all relationships between you and the individual developer of the App. Developer contact information is available on the App Store listing page.
Article 2 — License
Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Article 3 — Pricing
The price and billing model for the App are as displayed on the App Store listing. Prices may change without prior notice. The App Store listing is the authoritative source for current pricing.
Article 4 — Account
- You may sign in to the App using your Google account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Sharing your credentials with third parties is prohibited.
- The developer may restrict or suspend access without notice in the event of a violation of these Terms.
Article 5 — Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights, privacy, or reputation of the developer or any third party
- Violate photography rules at shrines or temples, or disturb religious staff or other visitors
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or automated mass data collection
- Use or redistribute the App's content for commercial purposes without permission
- Otherwise interfere with the operation of the App
Article 6 — Content
- Copyright in photos you take and save within the App remains with you.
- Information about shrines, temples, auspicious days, and divine blessings is provided for reference only. The developer does not guarantee accuracy or currency. Please verify with official sources before visiting.
Article 7 — Advertising
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. The developer is not responsible for the content of those advertisements. Disputes regarding advertised products or services are between you and the relevant advertiser.
Article 8 — Disclaimer
- Except in cases of the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer accepts no liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.
- This includes damages arising from inaccurate shrine or temple information, or from the use of linked external services.
- Please follow local rules and etiquette at shrines and temples. The App makes no representation regarding religious efficacy or the granting of blessings.
Article 9 — Service Modification & Suspension
The developer may modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to users.
Article 10 — Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced on the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 11 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
