1. 開発者について

御朱印ガイドは個人開発者が提供するアプリです。本サイトに開発者の氏名・メールアドレス・住所は掲載していません。適用法令上必要な開発者の身元情報については、Apple が表示する Apple App Store の本アプリページをご参照ください。

2. 取得する情報

本アプリはサービス提供のために以下の情報を取得します。

位置情報: 現在地周辺の神社・お寺を表示するため（アプリ起動中のみ。バックグラウンド取得なし）。サーバーには送信しません。
カメラ・フォトライブラリ: 御朱印写真の撮影・保存のため。端末内にのみ保存し、サーバーには送信しません。
Google アカウント情報: Google サインインを使用する場合のみ、アカウント識別子・表示名・プロフィール画像を取得します。参拝記録の同期に使用します。
広告識別子（IDFA）: Google AdMob による広告配信のため。Apple の ATT（アプリトラッキングの透明性）フレームワークに従い、事前に同意を取得します。
端末情報: OS バージョン・匿名化された端末識別子。不具合解析のみに使用します。

3. 利用目的

本アプリの機能提供（近隣神社の検索・マップ表示・参拝記録管理）
Google サインインによるアカウント管理と参拝記録の同期
広告の表示（Google AdMob）
不具合の解析および改善
法令に基づく対応

4. アルバムデータについて

マイ参拝アルバムのデータは端末内の SQLite データベースにのみ保存されます。クラウド同期は行いません（Google サインインを使用する場合を除き、識別情報のみ利用）。アプリをアンインストールするとアルバムデータはすべて削除されます。

5. 第三者サービス・SDK

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービスに必要な情報が送信される場合があります。

Google Sign-In (OAuth): ログイン認証。(Google プライバシーポリシー)
Google AdMob: 広告配信。ATT 同意後、広告識別子を使用する場合があります。(AdMob プライバシーポリシー)

6. データの保管・削除

アカウント削除をご希望の場合は、App Store のストアページからお問い合わせください。Google アカウントに紐づくデータは速やかに削除いたします。

端末内のアルバムデータはアプリのアンインストールにより削除されます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。意図せず取得した場合は速やかに削除します。

8. カリフォルニア州居住者（CCPA/CPRA）

本アプリが収集する情報のうち、広告目的で使用される広告識別子（IDFA）については、ATT フレームワークにより事前の同意を取得しています。過去 12 か月間、個人情報を販売または第三者と共有した事実はありません（サービス提供に必要な委託先への提供を除く）。

9. 準拠法

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。ただし、お住まいの国・地域の強行的なデータ保護法は本ポリシーに優先して適用されます。

10. 改訂

本ポリシーはサービス内容の変更や法令改定に応じて改訂することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は App Store のストアページでお知らせし、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。

11. データの帰属・出典

本アプリは神社・お寺の情報の一部に以下のオープンデータを利用しています。

1. About the Developer

Goshuin Guide is provided by an individual developer. No developer name, email address, or physical address appears on this site. For developer identity information required by applicable law, please see the app's listing on the Apple App Store, where Apple displays this information.

2. Information We Collect

The app collects the following information to provide its services:

Location (GPS): Used only to display nearby shrines and temples. Collected only while the app is in use (no background location). Never sent to a server.
Camera & Photo Library: Used to capture and save goshuin (shrine seal) photos. Photos are stored on-device only and never uploaded.
Google Account: When you sign in with Google, we collect your account identifier, display name, and profile picture to sync your visit records.
Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Used by Google AdMob to serve ads. Collected only after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
Device Info: Anonymized OS version and device identifier, used only for crash analysis.

3. How We Use the Information

To provide core app features (nearby shrine search, map, visit album management)
To manage your account and sync visit records via Google Sign-In
To display advertisements via Google AdMob
To analyze and fix bugs
To comply with legal requirements

4. Album Data

Your visit album data is stored only in a SQLite database on your device. There is no cloud sync (Google Sign-In is used for account identification only, not to sync album data to Google's servers). Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all album data.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, which may receive information as described:

Google Sign-In (OAuth): For authentication. (Google Privacy Policy)
Google AdMob: For advertising. May use IDFA after ATT consent. (AdMob Privacy Policy)

6. Data Retention & Deletion

To request account deletion, please contact us via the App Store listing page. Data linked to your Google account will be deleted promptly. On-device album data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Advertising identifiers (IDFA) used for ad targeting are collected only after ATT consent. We have not sold or shared personal information with third parties in the preceding 12 months (excluding service providers bound by confidentiality obligations).

9. EU / UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We process the minimum personal data necessary to provide the service. Legal bases include performance of a contract (account features), legitimate interests (crash analysis), and consent (advertising identifier). You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the App Store listing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced on the App Store listing and reflected here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
